I got these to help with plantar fasciitis. They feel like a hug for my sore arches. I can only wear them for a few hours though, as I have very wide feet, so they get tight quickly. I find they help with extra support when I am exercising or out walking. I am ordering 2 more pair so I have extras when I am washing them. As far as heel pain goes, I still need to use my night splints.

This is basically a stiff elastic bandage that is sewed together to slip on your foot. I haven't used it yet and there is is only one in the package.

I bought one of these in a local store, and then they didn't get more I looked on line. I was glad to find them on Amazon! I bought three, since I know the elastic won't last forever. Wearing it has relieved my pain. The worst pain, like when I'm on my feet all day at a trade show, isn't as bad as it was before I found these arch supports. I think this is a great product!
