I discovered Lotil cream about 7 yrs. ago and have used it ever since. It does the job for me especially in the winter time....my hands get so dry and they crack....Lotil is a great healing cream. I hope you keep selling it!

I've tried everything. As a nurse I wash my hands so much I get cracks and bleeding on my fingers. Lotil soaks in well and I don't end up with oily hands so I am able to use it and it then it doesn't interfere with my work after use. I don't see that anyone could be disappointed. I just wish it were more readily available and I didn't have to order by mail.

This stuff is a life saver in the ugly winter weather we deal with in the midwest. About this time of year, I am sick of putting on gloves and all the other paraphernalia needed to protect skin from harsh wind and cold, so Lotil saves my hands from my own stubborness! Also have a puppy after whom I have to clean up about 5 times a day, and wash my hands multiple times. This cream soaks right in and keeps me from suffering fissures and cracks. Highly recommend!

I first learned about this stuff during a visit to Canada, when I stopped by a pharmacy to get something for my chapped hands.
It absorbs almost immediately. That's something I really appreciate since I use lotion several times a day and don't like it when I grab a doorknob and it slips in my hand. :-)
This makes a nice, light daytime cream to apply right after washing your hands. Lotil also comes in a tube, which is what I bought in Canada. The stuff in the tube provides a thick layer suitable for protecting your hands outdoors - again, without being sticky!
Lotil does smell like lanolin, although it's not that noticeable after it absorbs. I find it to be very pleasant. But if you or a family member is sensitive to fragrance, you may want to try out a small jar first.

I used to have terrible problems with cracked skin on my finger-tips. Lotil solved that problem completely for me. I just apply it every night before going to sleep, rubbing it thoroughly into my finger-tips. It can be applied to cracked skin without a problem. I have been using this product for years and years, and cannot say enough about it. It is also available in a 16 oz pump bottle, which is a more economical way of purchasing it.
