These heel liners are a God send...I tried the "Dr.Scholl's For Her" heel liners and unfortunately the adhesive gave out after a couple of weeks. However these stay put and are really comfy. I must have more!

These were fine when i first used them but after a day or so of wearing they started squeaking with every step - loudly! Won't be buying these again. Too bad - they sure did help with not getting blisters with new shoes.

Not only do they help for shoes that hurt the back of your ankles, but they helped make one of my shoes fit better when they were too big. Definitely get them, plus 6 is a great number to have.
